Performer.
Lila loves being part of a performance from every angle: acting onstage, helping shape a production behind the scenes, and encouraging younger performers. Alongside school theatre and Camp Winnarainbow, she has interned at a children’s theatre company.
THEATER & MAKING
Building the world of Animal Farm.
As drama president and head of wardrobe, Lila advocated for and helped build life size mechanical puppets for the production. She also played Donkey.
CAMP WINNARAINBOW
Six summers of circus & stage.
For six summers, Camp Winnarainbow—a circus and performing arts camp in Northern California—has been a place for Lila to perform, play drums, and walk on stilts. After three years as a camper, she returned for three more as a Teen Counselor. She sleeps in a tipi, coaches kids onstage, and now helps teach stilts, bringing fun and care to the campers she leads.

There’s more to Lila than the roles she plays. She makes, learns, volunteers, and travels with an open mind—all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA in honors and AP classes.
THE WIDER WORLD
More stamps, more stories.
Lila raised money to travel to Europe with her drama teacher and friends, visiting France, Spain, and Italy. This year she also visited Mexico and learned to surf. She hopes to keep meeting new cultures and filling her passport.
CARE & DEVELOPMENT
Drawn to new beginnings.
Lila volunteers in the hospital’s Labor and Delivery department. Her interest in childhood development grows from a longstanding love of children. She plans to attend college and study pediatric medicine or education.
FUN FACT / OFF THE CLOCK
She bakes, too.
Baking shows during lockdown sparked a hobby that stuck. Lila taught herself to make cakes, pies, and pastries, and French macarons became a favorite challenge. Getting those delicate shells and little “feet” just right took plenty of practice—and gave her a delicious reason to keep experimenting.
